• Prescription medicines: Schedule H and H1 medicines are released only against a valid prescription verified by a registered pharmacist. Schedule X drugs are not sold online.
• Fresh stock: orders are filled from the earliest-expiry batch that still has at least 90 days of shelf life remaining.
• Transparent invoices: every GST tax invoice shows the batch number, expiry date and HSN-wise tax.
• For businesses: hospitals, clinics and pharmacies can apply for a business account for wholesale pricing with volume slabs and credit terms, after document verification.
