Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, mobile number and, if you provide it, email address. We verify your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP).
• Delivery details: recipient name, phone number and delivery address, including pincode.
• Prescriptions and health information: prescription images or PDFs you upload, the patient's name, age and gender, and the prescriber's details recorded by our pharmacist. This is sensitive information and we treat it accordingly.
• Order information: the products you buy, quantities, batch details, prices, invoices and delivery status.
• Business account details: business name, GSTIN, PAN, drug licence or clinical establishment registration, and supporting documents you submit for verification.
• Payment information: online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We keep only the payment reference and status.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, which we record for security and to detect misuse.

• To create and secure your account and to process, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To let a registered pharmacist verify prescriptions before prescription-only medicines are supplied.
• To verify business accounts and to manage credit terms for approved business customers.
• To contact you about your order, including OTPs and delivery updates.
• To keep the records that Indian law requires pharmacies and taxpayers to keep, and to prevent fraud and misuse (for example, re-use of a prescription).
• To improve the website and our service.

We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Registered pharmacists who verify prescriptions and dispense medicines on our behalf.
• Delivery and logistics partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Payment and SMS service providers, to take payment and send OTPs and order messages.
• Government and regulatory authorities, where the law requires it, for example drug-control, tax or e-invoicing authorities, or in response to a lawful order.

These providers may use your information only to perform their service for us.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. For example, tax invoices and the statutory register of Schedule H1 medicines dispensed must be retained for the periods set by Indian law, and we keep prescriptions for the period the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules require. After that period we delete or anonymise the information.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), OTPs stored only in hashed form, short-lived login tokens, and access controls so that prescriptions can be opened only by you and by our verifying pharmacists. No system is completely secure, so please keep your phone and OTPs private and never share an OTP with anyone.

We use a secure login cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and delivery pincode. These are needed for the site to work. You can clear them in your browser settings, but you may then need to log in again and your cart will be emptied.

You may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Where the law requires us to keep a record (such as a tax invoice or a dispensing register), we will keep that record but will not use it for any other purpose. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

This service is meant for adults. Parents and guardians may order for a child under their care and upload that child's prescription.

Our site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
